Good Delivery

I specifically asked for my order to be shipped on a certain date so it would not show up while I was away on travel. Those instructions were ignored and the item was shipped anyway, and it sat on my porch for three days. The plant has turned many leaves yellow. It's not doing well and I'm very disappointed with how expensive this plant was. I'm hoping you'll honor your guarantee and send me a new one.

The tree arrived in amazing shape and is doing so well already. Much better than anything I've ever received from other online plant stores.

Customer service was amazing, but unfortunately, that plant died too. Maybe that plant is just not made for my house. The other two plants are doing fine. It’s just the calethea that’s giving me problems.

The customer service was great but we received the orchids too late and we didnt have them for the event we specifically ordered them for.

The Orchids are beautiful and helped my Aunt in the loss of her 48 year old daughter.
