The care and treatment was very good. The building has terrible leaks and smells like sewer all the time. Ceiling tile are wet, carpets wet against the walls. Also certain staff have very poor people skills and are quite rude to the patients, acting as if they are better than them.

My daughter came in to the facility after having a seizure. She was withdrawing from Xanax and other substances. I was worried about her health, they helped her through and gave her hope. I noticed a difference in my child's demeanor after 15 days. Her therapist is excellent, I know we have a long way to go, but I am hopeful and I know we can achieve recovery.

I was the referring clinician for my patient. All I was able to do was experience the admission process. My initial call was great, there was good follow through from the admission team. The hand off went well and they were knowledgeable about the program and attentive to what it was I said I needed for my patient. After I had discharged the patient I got a phone call from someone named Lisa, she was kind of rude, and didn't seem to know what it was I had already done, and didn't really listen to what I had said was already set up. Other than that, great process referring a patient to you. Will definitely keep you in mind moving forward.

It was a big decision to take the right step in moving forward to get help for my addiction. This being said a friend of mine found Recovery Village and got in contact with them. After the initial contact they continued to call me until I arrived. The staff is wonderful and has a passion for equipping us with coping skills to help manage life with out substance. I could not have gone to a better treatment center!
