I m mickey I never once had one complaint not once .my therapist was supperb.shalom. nurses were on point. I really want to give a shout to Tina she was one of the upper shalont staff who was well u could fall in love with her .she cared and real care anyway godbless live mickey

As I was outpatient, I didn't develope the bond the other impatient clients developed. I did feel welcome however to all the sessions. The weekly one on one sessions were particularly helpful and enlightenment.

I loved my therapist and all the facilitators. The techs went out of their way to help. Administration could do way better. If you do not go to the bible studies meetings you get frawn upon and are not part of the favorites of that group facilitators which is also the head huncho there. Other than that would totally recommend it.

I have to say that I had a pretty good experience with the recovery village. The staff for the most part was really good. Very professional and helpful. They wanted to help you recover. I've been sober for over 9 months, I wouldn't have gotten this far without the Recovery Village. I'm truly grateful that I went there, it saved my life.

I felt the staff was very helpful and understanding. The facility was excellent. The medical staff was efficient but in reviewing the bill I have a hard time understanding $450 for a 10 minute visit. I will address that through proper channels. Overall, very pleased with my time there. The nursing staff was stellar, and I would pay a daily fee as an outpatient to come and enjoy the food. My only disappointment was having to be moved to a different room after the detox process was complete. I expressed I felt comfortable in my room, and going through the process I wanted to stay in my original room for familiarity and consistency. Others in the facility at the time were granted this request.
