These people are amazing, the facility is amazing and I've been to a couple three places, this is top shelf, I left there with my life and my sanity, I highly recommend this facility and program, these people have true heart and soul, they really, really care I give it a 10 out of 10

The Staff was incredible from the techs, nurses, doctors, and therapists. Even the food made by an actual chef was good. I didn't have a bad experience with any department. The environment was safe and as comfortable as it can be. They use a variety of treatment methods so it isn't a cookie cutter philosophy, a true holistic approach. The marketing and claims made by The Recovery Village are false and misleading. From the food to the accommodations, and the activities, all are false and misleading.

Intake was an awful experience. Florida agent assured that we had a bed available and we arrived to a full institution. Also, agent did not inform us that she wouldn't be admitted if blood alcohol level exceeded a certain level so they sent us to hospital for detoxification.
