I got a $65 off code on my email on my first purchase, and when try to pay for the product I liked it came with the error that the code can't be used for the item on my cart. Very disappointed.

I have been trying to return a shoulder bag they responded I thought everything was going well but have not heard anything from real leather.Call the number provided but it seems as if someone picks up the phone put nothing is said.

I am very pleased with everything about my experience shopping with The Real Leather Company. The website is easy to navigate, my questions were pretty much all answered on the site, and shipping was fast. I love the leather fanny pack that I bought. It took a few times to get used to the latch which is a bit different than I'm used to, but I actually really love it now. The leather seems to be high quality and the craftsmanship also seems to be very good. I like the strong metal zippers - hard to find these days. I bought this to use as a vendor at art fairs but find that I want to wear it all the time instead of using a purse. It's comfortable, fits everything I need and doesn't look super bulky. I have only had it for a few weeks now but look forward to using it for many years to come.

I order a leather bag from this company and they have not handed it over to the shipping company, though 9 days already passed! I emailed them to cancel my order. I doubt they will do that and I will likely get my refund through my bank. I do not recommend this company, sounds like fraud.
