introductory section for beginners, part time and non-athletes
It's an amazing app. Been following ready state and mobility wod for years. Great stuff. I would say however that even for the seasoned athlete jargon can be a little complex at times. For example, someone new to all this whom hasn't got the faintest idea what a gemini is may feel a little out of their depth. Maybe an introductory section. For beginners. After all majority of athletes are working people whom don't necessarily have much background knowledge of the body etc as well as to relate to just non athletes who could benefit from a little pain relief. Nonetheless, well done. Keep up the good work. This value can only grow

Are you talking about the content? the video or audio quality? As far as too much motivation and not enough instruction - that also makes me wonder which videos you're referring to. The Ready State plus the Mobility 101…
The Ready State plus the Mobility 101 and 102 programs have changed my entire view on mobility and pain management. There is no down side!
