The Ready StateReviews of thereadystate.com

As a 62 year old multi-sport athlete, the Ready State is a godsend. I started out my backcountry and skate ski season a little to hard this year, developing a weird twingy, nervy knee pain I'd never experienced before. After getting my Ready State membership, I clicked on the button for knee pain, and within minutes found an exercise that resolved the issue. Now, I do the 6-minute 'shin smash' every evening after skiing. The easy to use no-nonsense format of this website allows me to stay active and proactive, and avoid costly time consuming trips to PT's and Doctors.

The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach has been a lifesaver for me. It's helped me recover for a decades-long struggle with knee, back and hip pain. It even helped resolve neck tension after multiple trips to the chiropractor did nothing. I love that I can do the movements at home and that I can customize the workouts.

The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach Is a perfect resource for busy people on the go. Kelly and Juliet explain and demonstrate valuable tools and techniques in easy to follow terms for mobility and restoring functional bodies. I may not be as flexible as the dynamic dual, but I can follow along within my own ability, at my own pace and at my own time. I would highly recommend checking out The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach.

Bottom line: The Ready State Virtual Mobility Coach is indispensable for any athlete (a.k.a. moving human) at any level. Like most folks, I just want to get out there and do my sport or activity relatively well and without injury. And if I get hurt, I want to recover and get back out there. Again, like most peeps, time is an issue: juggling spouse, kids, a full time job, etc. So, I basically need to be spoon fed how to improve my range of motion, movement patterns, and pain/injury recovery. The TRS Virtual mobility coach is one spoon after another, full of what I need. The content is very well explained and demonstrated, and has all the bases covered. It’s also delivered in small easily digestible bites. The site has content on what to do before and after a specific sport activity. That’s cycling for me, but there are over 20 sports listed. And if you cycle most or a good part of the year, trust me, you need this. There is also pre and post workout specific content, which in my case is greatly used during off season weight lifting. You don’t realize how much you suck at lifting weights and body weight exercises until you actually learn how to move correctly and get some descent /good range of motion. And there’s a whole content section on “pain”. Like, what part of your body hurts? Ok, here’s what you need to do about it. This content is usable on every day that ends I “y” (a.k.a all year). And The site has a 14 day free trial. I recommend giving it a test run.

I have not missed an episode yet. Kelly and Juliet continue to impress me with their content, passion, and knowledge of health and fitness. I am constantly sending my athletes to The Ready State podcast to self-educate. Such a fantastic source of inspiration. Keep 'em coming!
