I am not the best at keeping organized and on top of my business. TherapyNotes has helped me tremendously. I love that it keeps track of notes I need to finish and when treatment summaries are due. And it's great to be able to handle billing and scheduling all in one place. So many features to love and outstanding customer service! I really appreciate how the staff are always friendly and ready to help, and always working to improve the program and keep things updated. I can't say enough good things about TherapyNotes! It is well worth the investment!!

Therapy notes has met and exceeded my expectations in terms of a program for clinical management! Very versatile and it helps me think through treatment plans. Easy to upload documents to allow me to save on space and be a paper free office! Customer service / technical support are great!! Competitively priced, it's the best out there that I've seen.

I went searching for applications for note taking and practice management and kept coming back to TherapyNotes. I like the layout the best and it just makes a lot of sense how they do things. I have more motivation to keep my notes up to date as I can't bill until the note is done. I like the process from beginning- scheduling the client to the end- posting an insurance payment. I like how I can dictate notes in my Ipad with voice recognition. They are always upgrading to make it better. They monthly payment is worth it.

I've been using TherapyNotes for nearly two years. The system is intuitive and thorough, and support is great. I like knowing that I've crossed all the t's and dotted all the i's, and that the record is legible. It also makes tracking and billing a cinch. And the scheduling is helpful, plus it syncs with my other calendar in a privacy-protected way, so I can see when appointments are but the names don't appear.

Therapynotes is a simple and easy to use cloudbase practice management application. I have been a customer for almost 2 years and it simply makes my life better and more manageable.

I would absolutely recommend TherapyNotes. I test drove a couple of other systems, and the progress notes and evals came out stilted or else were too detailed and fussy. TherapyNotes has a good amount of detail--you can be O.C. if you want to, but it lets you be brief if you want, also. It's fairly user friendly, even for older users who were not raised on computers and cell phones. And help is available by phone or email. DEFINITELY worth it. (And cheaper than the competition, too!)

TherapyNotes has enabled me to to double my business flow and decrease my paperwork time by more than half! It is quick and safe. It saves trees. My notes always meet legal and ethical requirements and are easy to refer to. My efficiency is remarkable and notes are always at hand during sessions when I need to refer back to previous work. Responding to supoenas or requests for copies of notes is simple and I am actually proud of my notes now. Patients love the patient appointment reminders and I have fewer no-shows and missed appointments. The reminders for me to update treatment plans help me to remember to check in with patients who have finished treatment and to write much more timely termination reports. The patients appreciate this and it is yet another way that TherapyNotes helps me to close my liability gap. The billing part seems so so easy that my billing agency of the last 20 years is so fearful of my using it that it is investigating getting a subscription to TherapyNotes of its own for billing multiple agencies!
