Therapy Notes is the Best practice management program I have looked at and have used. I have used 3 other management programs and they were so completed. Once I had my trial with therapy notes, I loved the software. I find it easy to use, and easy to train other therapists and clerical staff. No one but you can see your progress notes. The program demands a treatment plan by 2nd session, yet you can write Therapy Process Notes that will assist in writing a quick session note to letter paste and copy into a progress note.

I love Therapy Notes it has been a life saver with my business. There really is nothing else like it on the market.

In a very busy training site with externs, practicum students from varied fields (MFT, PsyD, Ed, LCSW), Pre-Doctoral Interns, and administrators - this program keeps up all on the same page. We use Therapynotes for scheduling, electronic health records, patient tracking, case reviews, supervision, tracking of in-kind services for grant writing, automatic e-mail reminders for patient appointments, and clinician reminders. The clinical supervisors can sign off on all notes, trainees can be assigned to follow cases, and administrators know who's in the office when. And being a primarily forensic site, when we get that call from the court? We can find the notes and comply within minutes instead of days. And the customer service is top notch. I own a group practice with over 15 contracted therapists. Keeping up with paperwork was a monstrous task for all! (not to mention the stress that went with it!) Since switching to TN a year ago, EVERYTHING is a breeze. Really! PLUS I can generate pretty much any kind of report I want, and have info at my fingertips any time I want! I trust Therapy notes. I have researched the encryption and feel comfortable with it, they ALWAYS respond almost immediately every time- if I have a question or an idea. They treat me like I am important to them. TherapyNotes (TN) owners seem to understand how important it is to constantly improve their product. They encourage ideas and actually use them! TN just gets better and better and our lives just get easier and easier! I just read what i wrote and it isn't enough. I haven't thought of everything that I like about TN. Maybe because it is hard to compare how things were previously to one year later. I have discussed this with several of the contracted therapists recently and we all pretty much agree - we don't really like to remember how hard things were before therapynotes. We are just enjoying how easy everything is now!.

I have been using therapy notes for a little over two years. It has saved me a tremendous amount of time. With TherapyNotes I am able to bill insurance companies, patient copays and easily keep up with treatment notes and formulate treatment plans. I am a one clinician practice, so the accounting features are an extra bonus, I can easily see how much the insurance companies/patients have been billed and what is outstanding.

We have used this system for 2 years and during that time the program has continued to get better. It meets the needs of our practice beautifully and, when there are questions they are addressed immediately. The company is always working to improve their product, which is done in a thoughtful manner.

I had a very small practice and at that time signed up with Therapy Notes just as a way to electronically keep my clinical notes out of old locked file cabinets and as a way to avoid constant cumbersome manually filing which I hated! My small practice began to grow as Therapy Notes grew too...Pretty soon I was up to nine clinicians and Therapy Notes was so robust I could do all my billing through them as well as scheduling and 100's of other little bits that make it all so so worth it. Honestly, not to seem to seem ridiculous, but feel I have grown up with Therapy Notes. We have gone from preschool through grad school together, the sandbox to the board room and there is no way this could have happened without their great customer service and keen interest in making a program incredibly user friendly.
