Therapy Notes rolled out a Therapy Fuel Scribe program at an additional cost to users. The program is plagued with problems and is inconsistent making using the option in sessions extremely challenging. Reporting this to them for more than two weeks has not yielded results nor are they willing to refund the cost for the time period. Update: therapy did agree to refund a portion of the payment due to the issues I’ve been facing with the new service

Getting excessive amounts of spam from them to a "guessed" inbox which isn't advertised anywhere Edit reply to reply: well, I've got about 80 emails in one of our inboxes from your sales adress, linking to your website With the following header: Re: Stamps.com Support Request Received: #7802156 (Ref: 4018894) Edit2: The emails are coming from your sales email which is listed on your contact us page Edit3: after contact with your it department it seemed to be a 3rd party which had gotten access to send emails from your platform

We don’t send spam ever. You are not utilizing our software so this is not a review of our product. We have nothing to do with stamps.com. Nothing gained access to send emails from our platform. Our email support system auto-replied to a spam that we were both originally copied on. We put in a block so we won't send auto-replies in certain situations to prevent this type of issue.

In the changing world of healthcare it’s hard to keep up and having a comprehensive practice management system that helps a practitioner do so is invaluable. Therapy Notes was such a place until a few months ago when I had to update my service location. I am a Telehealth practitioner and moved to another state. Unfortunately no one in customer support understood how to handle this change. After at least 4 requests for help I realized they did not have the knowledge needed to help me and worse was they did not realize it. I’m happy to say the supervisor I spoke with was open to hearing my frustration. There will hopefully be better support when a problem cannot be resolved after two attempts and more follow up after the third and fourth attempt. I was not able successfully submit billing for months for some clients due my change of address that no knew how to change for successful billing.

I like many aspects of TN but I have one big problem. One of the selling points was a telehealth platform. It was working well for a month and overnight it didn't work unless the patient had a patient portal. The population I work with has problems with portals. I've been told TN is working on it but now we are going into the second month without it and I have had to return to doxy. Frustrating. One day after I wrote this review the problem was resolved. I suggest that the person who responded check into the problem with colleagues.

Telehealth has always required the patient to log into the patient portal. Nothing suddenly changed in this regard. Please contact us directly to discuss this concern.

Using the names of the patients might be inappropriate. Your system may assign a client/patient number and it might be a better approach.

You can hide patient names from viewing on your calendar if you expect someone to be looking over your shoulder, otherwise patient names are necessary. Your review doesn't really clarify why we didn't earn a 5-star review. I hope we get additional feedback from you.

The TherpayNotes Platform seems to focus their services on helping providers who bill using insurance. Also, TN encourages ‘helps’ providers become networked. If you can make a living doing that and are comfortable with the limits of care, - TN may be worth considering. However, if you are an out-of-network provider, you may want to shop around for other platforms.

It’s unclear why you feel our services are lacking for people who don’t submit to insurance, which accounts for about half of our customers. Is also unclear why offering support to get credentialed with payers is a concern. This is entirely at the discretion of the practice.
