For a sole practitioner I have found TherapyNotes to be the ideal tool to help me manage the business end of my work so that I can focus on my clients. Scheduling, free email reminders for client appointments, billing (saving me money and allowing me to keep track of things myself versus hiring a billing person), thorough yet simple record options, HIPAA compliance, and awesome system support have made it well worth the minimal monthly cost. I have found the support staff receptive to inquiries and suggestions. The best tool I stumbled across when setting up my practice!

I have been using therapynotes for the past 9 months as I re-entered private practice. As a solo practitioner, I am so grateful for the accountability and tracking that therapynotes provides. I do all my own scheduling and billing, which I was afraid would be too much for me to manage I tried another company, but it was so confusing, I couldn't keep up! The streamlined way that electronic billing is connected to clinical documentation in therapynotes saves me time and prevents errors. I would not be able to work independently without this software management system. The scheduling is also excellent. I highly recommend therapynotes!

Therapy Notes is in a nutshell everything I need to control my paperwork for my business. It keeps me accountable for my notes and billing. I don't have mistakes with wrong billing codes or dates of service. It is just all around an amazing program. I have been through an medical audit and passed with flying colors.

TherapyNotes is a wonderful program! They have great customer support with real people answering the phone. The program has allowed me to run my independent practice very smoothly bc it covers all the bases so well. It reminds me to to be HIPAA compliant, update treatment plans, to terminate clients, and to contact PCP's when there are changes to clients status. It helps track the financial pieces for taxes, and will do invoicing and insurance filing. Love it and couldn't practice without it!

I've been with TherapyNotes for over a year, and it has simplified and streamlined my progress notes. I have two offices and also work from home, so being able to access all my client files and calendar at any time is a real help and worth every penny - even without utilizing the many other features TherapyNotes offers. Two thumbs up!
