Therapy Notes truly has been a lifesaver. No more paper files! Billing generated seamlessly through clinical note taking process. Unfortunately, there have been many days Therapy Notes is "down" for various reasons. This seems to happen less frequently the past few months.

Over two years ago, after much reluctance (we consider ourselves traditional psychotherapists in that sense), we made the decision to start transitioning all of our clinical records to an online service. I highly recommend it for any therapist or clinical practice. We use it for our training clinic at my university. When a student writes a note, it automatically shows up in the to-do list for the supervisor for their review and sign off. With 24 students and 4 supervisors, I do not know how we would function without it.

I can't say enough about how much I 'love" this EHR! I have used multiple other EHR's from state agencies to private agencies and this one works great. My customers love the patient text reminders, billing is easy to setup and doing notes is a breeze! Highly recommend this software.

I began my private practice almost a year ago, and it can be quite overwhelming. Using TherapyNotes gives me peace of mind because I feel confident that my documentation and billing are confidential, complete, and HIPPA compliant. It is alsogood to have everything in one place, and I appreciate that I can access my practice information easily from home or the office. The reason I gave the program a 4 instead of 5 is simply that it isn't as customizable as I would like. I can change the list of interventions, but I can't revise other cmenus to fit my therapeutic approach. Still, it is a great help, and I plan to continue to use it.

TherapyNotes provides reminders for just about everything a busy therapist could forget: treatment plan updates, notes that need to be written, notes that were written but not billed, and more. The automated appointment reminders save me hours each week and the reminders are very professional. Clients have commented and have even sent me copies so I could see what the client received. I have been using TherapyNotes for about 18 months and could not run my practice without this wonderful office tool.
