This program has all I need for my practice all rolled into one. It took once to sit down and set up my account and from then on it's been just point and click for everything from note writing to billing, tracking payments. The special appointment reminders feature is great and has reduced the number of missed appointments I've experienced since I've started it. Whenever I have problems, the staff have been very helpful in getting me back on track and very knowlegable about their product. This product is great and the best thing about it, is you can try it for free!!

Expensive and needs more features!

This tool is easy to use and does everything for your practice, from scheduling, to texting your clients, to billing. It reminds you to complete your treatment plans and it is completely user friendly. I am grateful I found this program for my practice.

I worship at the feet of TherapyNotes! I used to be weeks behind in my notes (shh! Don't tell anyone!) and lousy at my billing. Now, I have notes done before the client is out the door, and electronic insurance claims filed that day. Their software is intuitive, and their support has been stellar. I cannot rave enough to my friends.

I have been using TherapyNotes for over a year and have been exceedingly pleased with it. Having tried out another system prior to TherapyNotes, I was amazed how much more user friendly the TN system is. For me, TN is very intuitive, and saves me a lot of time and frustration. I also can't say enough good things about the technical staff. I have contacted them on many occasions, and they have always been prompt, friendly, and able to solve my problem. There are a few minor tweaks I hope to see made in the future, but they make frequent updates and are open to suggestions. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better fit for me. I highly recommend TherapyNotes!

This software is very reasonable, accessible from anywhere and handles, scheduling, notes, other activities and billing. It is absolutely great with reminders so if you forget something, the computer remembers it for you. I have a small private practice with three associates who are contracted to see a few clients each. This system has taken a lot of stress from me, allowing me to be more productive. And your billing clerk/scheduler/secretary gets added at no additional charge.

After a year of using TherapyNotes I can say that it is extraordinary in every sense. Easy to use, all the functions I need, excellent customer service and continually improved. I am a sole practitioner with basic computer skills.

Our youth service bureau just started using TherapyNotes and we are thrilled with it as our EMR solution. We train interns at our site, and TherapyNotes provides us with a simple, industry-standard set of mental health forms and procedures that ensure all our clinicians are documenting care in a competent and HIPAA-compliant way. The intuitive interface makes it easy to train new people (which I'm doing regularly). I am thrilled with the supervisor oversight set up, which requires me to review/sign all notes before they become part of the client's record. The integration of notes, schedule and payment and the automatically generated "to do" list helps us ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This is an elegant, clean, intuitive and robust tool that has already made my job easier.
