TherapyNotes has been a wonderful addition to my private practice. The automatic calendar reminders have reduced the no-show rates significantly, and most of my clients like getting the text or email reminders for their next appointment. Ease of billing has been another significant factor that has reduced my non-billable office hours significantly, which means I can actually see more clients and spend less time worrying about whether or not I will actually get paid by the insurance companies. Electronic billing to insurance also means I generally get paid a lot faster than when I was doing paper claim submissions. The only con is that while you can import the scheduling calendar into other programs (such as your iphone/ipad calendar apps or Outlook), you cannot export items from these calendars back into TherapyNotes. For me as a therapist with a family with multiple calendar obligations that change frequently , this is a significant issue, but not insurmountable.

I have used this company for a long time now and really like how simple yet expansive their range is. This is great, but a bit expensive. I guess you get what you pay for, and this seems worth it to me.

I think TherapyNotes is a life saver. It has all of the features needed to successfully run my practice.

You should try Therapy Notes. It is for your specialty and makes it easy to get the complete job done. Put the patient information in and you're ready to get started. Do your notes while seeing patient and at the end of the session sign note and submit your claim. It's that easy:)

I have been using Therapy Notes for 2 years - and after using large "agency's supposed USER friendly programs" I can tell you that Therapy Notes is the ONLY WAY TO GO -- It allows us to do what we are trained to do - -WORK WITH CLIENTS!! THANK YOU THERAPY NOTES!!!

We started using Therapy more than two years ago. It has simplified my practice so much that I have been able to cut down on overhead staff and costs. My therapists remind me all the time how convenient it is and how they appreciate being able to view the financial status of their caseloads. Any time we ask for an update or added feature we are usually always accommodated.

All my frustrations with paperwork, meeting various regulations, billing have been fixed by TherapyNotes. It is easy to use. Brilliant!
