I switched to Therapy Notes from a more expensive and complicated practice management software. So far it has been amazing and easy to use. It is extremely intuitive and billing is very easy as well. Excellent.

I really love Therapy Notes. It's so easy to use that someone unfamiliar with computers could get the hang of it. Plus, they are always adding updates. It looks like they are adding a patient portal and won't be charging extra for it.

TherapyNotes is the most amazing site. We use it for everything for running our practice. All of our clinicians say it is the easiest system they have ever used. It is user friendly and the billing system is flawless. We absolutely love working with the customer service, who is helpful and ready to answer any questions any time. It is a great system to use and I would 100% recommend it.

I have been overly impressed by Therapy Notes. As starting my own practice it has been great for the transition. I can honestly say that I have called them MANY times and they have been able to either fix, help me to fix, or direct me in the right direction. EVERYONE has been respectful and great to talk to. I also can't complain about how the program is designed. I couldn't ask for a better program. I am excited to see how the new patient portal will work!
