Therapy Notes has been very helpful with keeping me up-to-date with future appointments and different types of notes for individual clients.

If you are a Therapist; you need Therapy Notes. It will save you hours of work and 100s of hours of frustrations. It is the best decision our practice ever made. I started using it as an individual therapist and as the office grew we just all grew with TNotes. I don't know what I would do without it. I have offices in two states and we use it in both offices. The IT service can be viewed as "available via telephone" and you can actually speak with a human! The site is easy to learn and helps organize your scheduling and billing is a breeze...

Occasionally, usually on my busiest day, Saturday, I will lose contact with Therapy notes in middle of documentation. Consequently I will not be able to complete note, bill or schedule the patient. Generally. Downtime is usually approximately one hour straddling two appointments.

I highly recommend TherapyNotes especially as a new private practice. It provides a progress note function that helps me quickly annotate relevant information in an easy to use format. The billing structure and support has greatly increased my consistency with billing and collection of revenue. There are many features I am still learning that have helped me improve my practice and patient care.

I am especially pleased with the thorough attention to proper work flow, helping me to provide proper notes and plans in addition to scheduling and electronic filing. I am pleased that TherapyNotes continues to be under development with improvements and features being added on a regular basis. With the addition of the new patient portal, TherapyNotes provides everything I need to run my practice smoothly and keep tabs on my employees as well. The interface is very user-friendly compared to some other options out there & they're constantly working to improve the experience. They are also timely & responsive to our emails with questions and requests.
