I cannot say enough good things about therapy notes. I transferred into private practice after doing outpatient therapy work in a hospital setting. I was worried about finding a system to stay on top of paperwork after having worked with an EMR system at the hospital. Therapy notes helped me do just that and much more. I use therapy notes to stay on top of my paperwork, bill insurance companies (I am only an out-of-network provider), and create patient bills. The documentation fields are comprehensive and cover everything you need to be in compliance with health care standards. I like for instance that if I check any of the risk items included in progress notes, the program requires me to answer additional questions to determine steps taken for safety planning and follow-up. It has many other features that are just as useful. Overall, therapy notes helps me focus on patient care rather than worrying about paperwork.

Therapynotes actually has customer service. They respond to your questions within the hour. There is an actual phone number to call. You can actually do things with the documents that you need to do as a clinician.

Busy group practice and this software is the best. Have tried the more expensive EMRs and this is comparable. Great support too.

I started using Therapy Notes about a year ago. It keeps track of everything I need it to. Makes it necessary to keep notes up to date. Billing is a snap. It keeps me organized in ways I otherwise not be able to keep up with.

Therapy notes is a very user friendly program that offers excellent customer service. Whenever I have called them, they are able to walk me through the issues and offer solutions. Therapy Notes is constantly making improvements to the site to better serve my needs.
