Happy with the ability to write notes from anywhere. Happy as well with drop-down options. Wish there was more of an option for sample interventions based upon best practice.

This program has made my life so much easier. I can write a note, finalize it, and submit the claim in minutes!

I am a solo practice psychologist who has exactly no knowledge of medical billing. This website has been so helpful and I cannot say enough about the wonderful people who answer the phone! They have been courteous, friendly, and informative. They follow through with issues and let you know the outcome. I really cannot praise them enough.

As someone who has very strict note requirements for certain carriers (Medicaid for one...) TherapyNotes covers all the bases. From time stamps to start and stop times, add-on codes, others in session, to the statements required on Treatment Plans, I know that even the most stringent requirement that exists is covered if I am audited or reviewed. Additionally, the customer support is second to none. I have ALWAYS had immediate and thorough assistance and they have always been extremely nice and patient with me on the phone as I learned the basics of the billing system. The consistent updates and drop down menus are second to none and make clinical note taking and charting a breeze - I am hoping to see e-scripts soon so that everyone in my practice can use TherapyNotes (we have a psychiatrist and nurse practitioner who LOVE the templates, but need e-scripts). Excellent. 5-Stars.

I have started "beta" testing Therapynotes and am extremely pleased with the interface, scheduling, claims submission, support and all other features - except the lack of auto-posting of ERAs. If you submit claims to insurance companies you'll have to manually enter all of the EOB information in Therapynotes and this is very time consuming and error prone. If you don't work with insurance companies, this is a great program!!! Unfortunately, we will have to look elsewhere as the ERA Beta will not be updated anytime soon.

I did a lot of research before choosing TN. I am a very busy therapist, licensed in 4 states, so this program has made my practices run effortlessly. My employees have expressed how happy they are to have this site. Keep up the great work.

as a busy therapist with ADD, I cannot praise TN enough: easy to navigate and the support staff gets back to me within MINUTES of when I email a question. I save hundreds of dollars a month (not using a billing service).

I looked long and hard before choosing TN. It came down to this and one other. Though the other was less expensive I knew that overall TN was a MUCH more solid product. The product and service is awesome. Can't say enough good about it and them. It is definitely taking us in the direction that we needed to go. Thanks so much...
