Therapy Notes Poorly Organized/ Awkward to Use
Therapy notes is poorly organized. For example, the medications field does not carry forward, making review awkward. User can't see previous notes without losing note in progress. There are many other examples. The text boxes are too confining so notes of length are lost and there is no where to put the excess. There is no place to attach important letters and documents so a paper file is also necessary.

(For medication management notes this is completely different.) * If you want to see previous notes open a new web browser tab or window and you can do two things at once. * The text boxes hold quite a bit. Are you aware that you can type more and the box will scroll? If you let us know specifically what field you are running into a limit, that would help. * You absolutely can upload documents, so you can scan and eliminate paper files, such as letters. Click the big Upload button on the top of the Notes tab for the patient. You can also upload files for staff members.
