The diffusers work better than other brands I tried. I had hoped to integrate my older cat with the younger ones with the aid of the diffusers. It did not happen but the cats are markedly calmer. Trying the spray. Wish TheraPet made pheromones collars.

I bought 12 diffusers hoping they would help create a more relaxed environment for my 2 new fosters to integrate with my existing 4 cats, who are all pretty chill. It was a complete fail. I wish I could say I noticed any moderation of behavior in any of the 6 cats. I have been rescuing and fostering for 15 years, so I am not new to the process. I would regard my TherapetMD diffuser purchase as a complete fail and waste of money. I cannot recommend this product.

I order and used things were great thought my dogs were "trained" now and didn't get refills. 3 months later back to marking and barking at every little thing. Ordered refills and will not go without!

Therapet is a good product as far as my new cat is concerned. I tried Feliway, but it had no effect, she continued to urinate on my carpets. I had read many reports of the success of Therapet, which outweighed the failures. I decided to try it, especially as it costs a lot less than Feliway. I am glad that I did. Within a week of plugging in the 2 atomisers my young female stopped urinating in the house and began going outside, even ignoring the litter tray. I continued to use Therapet, as advised. Unfortunately it turns out that I am allergic to the product. I found the smell difficult to tolerate and it gave me a headache which subsided when I switched the atomisers off. They are now off permanently. Fortunately my cat continues to go outside for her toilet. I have cancelled my subscription but I will use the product whenever I go out for long periods because my little one seems to have a slight separation issue and Therapet calms her, I am pleased that I tried Therapet, it worked for my kitty if not for me.

I was very disappointed in Therapets products. I used exactly as instructed. Once I used refill, I contacted letting them know did not work for me as two of my cats still aren't getting along. So much for refund and promises. I cannot and have not recommended to my friends that have asked me about knowing I had purchased the product. Waste of money.

Therapet is a trustworthy company with great customer service. The cat diffusers really do make a difference in our 5-cat home. We can always see an immediate change in their personalities if we forget to replace the diffuser refills in a timely manner.
