My reactive dog is so relaxed now at home! He was on high alert all the time; now he's just chill! He's still a bit reactive on walks so im going to try the spray aswell, which I've just ordered! I've already recommended this to a few people! 👍🏻

WARNING - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order with them, using a discount code they sent to me and didn’t realise until after the order had gone through the discount hadn’t been taken. I emailed straight away to say the discount hadn’t been taken. I received an email back quite quickly saying my order was on hold while this was being looked in to. Since then, I have received NO communication regarding my order, even though I have sent several emails asking what is happening. I have NOT received my order but I have been charged for the order!!!! I have repeatedly emailed asking for either a refund or the items all of which have been ignored. This company is a SCAM. I am now having to contact my bank to get a chargeback for the money they have taken from me. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

I wish I could give zero stars! This company is a scam and I’m sure they pay for the good reviews Bought from them and the product didn’t work. Didn’t think anything else of it until I just got charged another $90.00 for a product I DIDN’T ORDER!!!!! They have you on a recurring payment schedule that you didn’t sign up for! DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

I have three cats who were almost feral when I got them. I still cannot pick them up or hold them because they are so frightened of humans, but they certainly made friends with our other cats more easily with the Therapet diffusers and we have no issues with peeing outside the litter or spraying or anything like that. I wish that we had doors on more of our rooms so the diffusers could be more confined as I really do believe they work and would work even better if we could use them in a smaller space. I have four of them throughout the house because of that. I really do think they help as they are getting more calm over time and with usage.

My kitty kept licking her fur off. I have had her to yhe vet numerous times and with medication she would be OK for a period if time. I've used other diffusers and nothing changed. I finally found Thera Pet and now she is a very happy kitty with a beautiful coat of fur.

Ultimately, this was a five star interaction. The product itself was not successful for my household of cats. I was unintentionally set up for the subscription service and while it did take some time and effort, in the end the return process was completed and my interaction with Ed from customer service was kind and attentive. As far as the product itself: I recently lost my husband and my household is in a state of grief and disarray. I thought TheraPet might help soothe. I can’t say that it did. Perhaps a smaller quantity of cats and a less grievous situation would reap better benefits. Thank you again to Ed. He was a sweetheart.
