I tried Therapet Diffusers out of frustration with my 18 month old dog. Whenever I left her alone in the house for any length of time over 30 minutes, she would pea in at least two places. Didn't matter if we had just had a walk, or play time, she would pea in the house. Within 7-10 days of the diffusers in the house, the urinating completely stopped. Thank you Therapet!!!!

I was having to consider re-homing one of my cats because of the aggressive territorial behaviour of one. I don’t know if it works for every cat but it has certainly worked for mine and I won’t be without Therapet now.

My cat was a feral cat when we found her. Actually our dog found her. It was raining and she had four kittens that didn't even have their eyes open yet. Long story short she has been a house cat for years but is still so skiddish that we have a terrible time getting her to go into her carrier. This product has calmed her down enough for her visit to the vet. Ordering takes just a moment and delivery takes just a few days.

Saw ads on Facebook. I have a 14 yr old cat and 3 yr old cat always fighting. After 1 week of use, they are finally starting to get along. Your product is amazing!!!

Edited 7/11/26: Customer service reached out regarding my review. Based on other responses I've seen on here by them I wasn't expecting a resolution that was to my satisfaction, but they did. They reviewed the communication timeline from when I originally reached out and reviewed it with the team. Ultimately, they did process the rest of the money for a refund and it does show as pending on my bank account. I hate that I had to go through all of this for it - this review and all of the time and emails sent, but am glad they finally did what I think is the right thing to do in this situation. So definitely a negative experience, but they did promptly reach out and resolve; however, only after I put this review in Trustpilot, hence I changed it from 1 star to 3 stars. Original post: I finally decided to order the diffuser for my dogs. Order placed on February 26th and it took until March 14th to actually receive it, despite it showing that a label was created and it was enroute to the shipping facility on February 27th. When received I immediately began using all 3 diffusers in the most commonly used places in my home (by the couch, by their bed in my office, and in my bedroom where they also sleep). Nothing at all changed. I reached out to them only about 2 weeks (March 29th) after receiving with some questions and expressing disappointment, giving detailed information about my experience. I also asked to begin exploring what options there were for a return/refund. At that time they did say I was eligible to do a return. I decided to give it more time to see if it would actually show to be beneficial, but that did not happen, so I again reached out to inquire about return/refund (April 16th). They stated "we do not provide pre-paid return labels, and since the 30-day return window has passed, a full return for a refund is no longer available". Note that their website states "Our 30-day guarantee applies to subscription orders as well. If you'd like to cancel your subscription and request a refund on your most recent order, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we'll take care of it." *I initially reached out well ahead of the 30 day period and still the only solution offered was a 45% refund. I paid $134.89 and was refunded $60.70, so that is still $74.19 that I spent on items that do absolutely nothing at all. Due to the length of time it took to even get my order (I was about to cancel, now wish I would have whenever I reached out on March 9th because I still didn't receive my order - they responded 4 days later on March 13th that it was expected to be delivered the next day), but especially because of the turnout despite my proactiveness, I had a very poor experience. I will never purchase from them again, and will warn anyone that is considering ordering. BE CAUTIOUS!!

Website was easy to maneuver. Product works great- have been using for about 1 year- I will always recommend a product that works as advertised!

Had some issues with delivery, but finally got them after a lot of pouting. It really does work! I caught my Chiweinnie sniffing it today. She has seizures, so I was glad it seems to help calm her and all the others. It seems to have helped with my elder weiner's incontinence! Highly recommended!
