Added TherapetMD diffusers when I took in my Mom's Tortie cat named Lily after my Mom passed away. Lily was a solo cat and was added to my bonded trio of cats. Lily was able to relax and find her footing in this home. It has been a process but there is much less hissing and hiding. The kitties will eat together, play chase, and sleep together. Update: The only problem that I am having is that when I reorder the shipments seem to take forever to get to me. Also, there is little to no communication about the ETA and the info that they provide to track the order is very slow to update. So, if you need the product quickly, I would definitely order a similar product from a different supplier. Thanks

My cats are much more calm. My one cat does not attack my other cat as much. Sometimes rarely attacks him.

I bought two diffuser kits. Both are now defective. We plugged the first a few days before we went on vacation and it quit working before we left. Recently we plugged the second one in and it quit working within a few days also. On Shop app they had a poor review which I should have followed those reviews. Additionally their website says from Trust pilot that they have a 4.7. They actually have a 4.1 on your site. It has also been a challenge working with customers service. First issue was trying to get a tracking number once the product left China and the second issue is trying to work with customer service for a replacement. But now that BOTH my diffusers are no longer I am trying to get a refund.

We’ve spent hundreds of dollars and tried other brands and this one seems to be doing a better job. And one of our cats who has allergies/asthma has less incidences! Could that be a coincidence? Hmmm… But ever since we started using Therapet he’s been doing better! By the way: Buddy, Bentley, Winston, Remington, Wallace, and Buffy are getting along so much better now! Yes, that’s six fluffy buns! Thank you TheraPet!

I've been living with a cat that has been suffering for 8 years from madness... He would attack himself multiple times per day -- often drawing blood from his tail. He would be sweet as a kitten and suddenly turn on me. I was terrified to walk by him, or to reach out and pet him.. THEN I gave the calming diffuser a try. I've been using it for about 6 weeks. My cat is now a completely different animal. He is affectionate and calm. NO biting himself or me! Thank you for giving both of us a wonderful life -- together!

My older cat doesn't seem to be marking his territory like he used to, so that is definitely a plus!

I bought a cat calming diffuser and two refills. The first one I bought I plugged it in and my daughter commented that there was a smell like fresh paint. . I didn't notice at first but the next time I plugged it in and it warmed up immediately I noticed it. A mixture of paint and plastic. I wrote to the company customer service and good for them, they replaced it for me stating that strong smells should NOT be the case so basically admitting it was defective. The second one FINALLY arrived after weeks of waiting, today. I plugged it in ... and again, almost immediately the paint and plastic smell filled the room. It's so strong, not subtle at all. It's horrible. When I used Feliway there was no discernable scent at all. It also doesn't seem to do anything to make my cat more relaxed since he had been acting "stressed" eating too much, no interest in play. Just sleeps and goes out to the toilet and goes back to curl up. He's only 3 years old and seems as depressed as I am. The product is awful. Skip it and go for Feliway or try another brand diffuser. This one is definitely not what it claims to be at all. Three stars, only for the customer service level.

I was very skeptical so and thought I would purchase the starter kit. I have 2 x cats both of them are now a lot calmer and getting on a lot better with each other. I have now purchased 6 months supply.
