Update: I have been in communication with this company. Still haven’t received my item yet it’s out for delivery today! I will update post after receiving and testing product! This is solely based on customer service as I have yet to receive my product. I paid for 2 business day delivery. Today marks the 4th business day and have not received item. There is no number to call however I sent email and chat with no response. Why offer 2 day deliver take customer money and no response.

Had a little regression with-our two boys the other day. One ended up at vet. We then realised that our diffusers were empty. The two boys had been great for the preceeding month so we need to be more vigilant on keeping the Therapet diffusers filled.

Since using Therapet, my cat is much calmer and hasn’t peed anywhere but the cat box.

I would recommend this to everyone who has cats or dogs. My dog has less anxiety and stress since I’ve been using this in my home for the last two months. The barking has also settled down. I recommended it to my sister and her dogs are doing so much better with it too.

I am truly in awe at what the dog diffusers have brought to our home. I am a volunteer foster with a local dog rescue. Although potty trained, whenever we bring a new foster dog into our home, our own dogs typically begin to pee and “mark their territory” throughout the house. Cleaning up and trying to change this behavior had become so exhausting and unsuccessful. I love being a part of dog rescue, fostering dogs in need is a big part of my life. I purchased the starter set with three diffusers (and refills). I can honestly say with excitement and disbelief that our dogs behavior has DRASTICALLY if not completely changed. They are no longer “marking” and urinating in their typical spots. I just placed my second order of refills. Total game changer for our house!!!

Really great product! I noticed calm cats almost instantly. And a reduced amount of accidents happening. The smell is no where near as bad as other products, but it’s still not the best, but I’m very sensitive to smells. Will always use to keep the cats happy and weeing less. There is a big difference in their behaviour and accidents when I run out of refills! So that says a lot!

This product really works in calming both my older cats. This is my second order!
