I have my daughter and her baby living with me. I have hers and mine. Works great!
I have my daughter and her baby living with me and our 10 cats. Tried the TheraPet and it works! My cats are in love with me but my daughter’s are loving both of our family.

Great products & Customer Service
Great products! Our pups rest when needed in time of thunderstorms or if our pup has a bit of anxiety.
Highly recommend product and company. Their customer service staff are the best!

At first I was skeptical about the product working but within about two days I saw that my cat was calmer when people would come to the house and she was also more affectionate with me. Also easy and affordable ordering process.

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first. No changes in my dog with about the 1st 6 weeks. After about 2 months of using the diffuser she has not peed or pooped on the carpet while we are away.
I believe it's working. Continuing the refills to see if the good behavior stays.

Less Accidents
Have noticed a great decrease in the accidents with my one male French Bulldog!! I gave a set to a friend and her boys rarely have accidents as well!! Just purchased the spray. Hoping it will work great with my American Bulldog who has horrible anxiety.

I adopted a new cat
I adopted a new cat, and my existing cat had serious issues with this. I tried the Feliway diffuser but had no success. I read online about someone having more success with Therapet so I bought the starter pack and the two refill set together. I live in Canada so it took a little while to get to me via snail mail. When it arrived, I plugged it in and crossed my fingers. I didn't notice anything the first day, but figured it would take some time to see results. I left it plugged in overnight, but when I went into the living room the next day, there was a strong chemically, burning smell. When I went to the diffuser it was obvious that was where the smell was coming from. I unplugged the diffuser and contacted the company.
Customer service was right on it, and the response I received was so fast it had to be AI. Anyhow I corresponded with their support, and arranged to purchase a new diffuser, and once it arrived they would arrange a return for the faulty one. They were unwilling to send just the diffuser. This should have been a red flag. My house was a war zone, these cats were not getting along. I was desperate, so I ordered a new one, and plugged in the one I had when I was awake to monitor it. I did inspect it and it is in like new condition. I unplugged it when I went to bed. The cats did seem to be fighting a little less maybe, so I was hopeful it was having an effect.
About 10 days later the replacement arrived, and I plugged it in. After 24 hrs there was still a slight chemical smell, but not the same burning stench as the other one. I emailed the company as per their directions (via return email of the chain we had been discussing the issue in). I did so. Crickets. I waited a couple of days, and resent the email. No response. A week later I received a short email asking me for the order number (which was in the chain but whatever). I sent the order number and asked where to send the faulty diffuser. I got a quick email back to that, in which I was told I have to pay for return shipping, and a 9$ restocking fee. Restocking what? It was a faulty diffuser. But they insist. They then offered a return of 30% of my purchase and I would not have to return the diffuser. As shipping would have been at least $20 to the US, plus the 'restocking fee', I opted for the 30% and am wiping my hands of this company.
Does it work? Well I don't know if my cats are noticeably calmer, but I am certainly more annoyed. I am unimpressed with their customer service and 'return' policy. The equipment was faulty, and they could have exchanged the diffuser with me through the mail, instead of making me purchase the product again. Lesson learned.
