Okay I order over $140 of product the first time using TherapetMD. May 1. I sent a resquest since i had not received it May 17. No answer May 18 the tracking number indicated it was left at my residence in a parcel locker at 0135 hrs. In the morning!!! Very next day. And no it was not here even in the mailbox. Nothing. I contacted customer service EMAIL as there is no phone number to call. I got the same run around it appears many of you have experienced. Yet when i ask for a refund of my money. No answer to the email anymore. Go figure. Help does not come from them at all I see. My advise...if you feel lucky even do not spend much on this website until you start seeing the items arrive.

I have a house of 6 cats and having them get along has been trying, i do believe the diffusers help. There are 10 in my house.

We have 14 cats and this keeps the peace. Before you always heard yelling from them but now there is no yelling. We have one that would pee outside the litter boxes, she doesn’t do that anymore either. It really works! I highly recommend for sure!

This really works. We have 3 cats and 1 of them gets very stressed and hisses at the other 2, despite 1 being her brother. Since getting this she is much calmer and happier to be with the other 2.

I love this company! They have a product that works! No gimmicks or tricks. But an actual product that works. My cat is calm and hasn’t peed near the front door or corners of my apartment. And I think it’s also helped with her zoomies. She only has them when we play with her versus her having them 3 times a night even after playing with her. Will continue to buy this product!!!
