The site is easy to navigate. Always helpful to answer questions. This specific plug is what works, for my spicy feral cat... she sleeps next to it now and doesn't try fighting my others. The other pheromone plugs off Amazon didn't help! This brand only

Snake oil, I was desperate for my 14 year male to stop peeing. This did nothing for him or the other cats. And you have to pay to ship it back.

Quick to buy and product works great!

This company is a literal scam. They've stolen videos from my personal instagram page that have absolutely nothing to do with their products and used them in a misleading way to sell their products. Extraordinarily unethical and didn't even bother to reply to requests to stop doing so.

Product does not work. Each diffuser last about 3 weeks.

Hello Linda, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the product didn't meet your expectations. Our diffusers are designed to last up to 30 days, so it's concerning that yours only lasted about 3 weeks. We want to look into this further. Please contact us at [email protected]. We appreciate your input and are here to help resolve any issues you experience. Best Regards, Dawtie of TheraPetMD

First of all, the product has brought peace into my house. My cats get along, no more fighting. That alone is worth it. I had an issue with my first order, I mistakenly ordered more diffusers, and didn't need them. They cancelled the order and gave me a refund. Then allowed me to order again and gave me the link to purchase what I need (refills without the diffuser)

We moved my cat in with his doxy while combining households, resulting in wet spots everywhere and other anxious behaviors. 4 days after plugging these in -everything is back to peaceful. Thanks!

This works! Wow. My sweet boy Fletch stopped peeing on my laundry, and Pumpkin seems to not hate him as much :)
