I tried two other brands before I found therapetMD for my cat. It really had a good impact on him compared to the others. When he started acting out again I noticed that the diffuser bottle was empty! Definitely reordering this one. Helped with one of our cats' aggression and spraying.

The customer service is awesome! I thought my diffuser wasn't working and so I emailed them AND they emailed right back! Turns out the light is not very bright and I didn't see it in the light of day. Super nice folks! The best part is that the product really makes a difference. I have a new rescue dog. He needed to calm down and be with us and the diffuser helped him a lot! I'll be ordering again. Thanks for a great product!

My dog shakes and hides whenever fireworks go off, and it's heartbreaking. This year, I started using the thera pet diffuser a few weeks before, and it made SUCH a difference. She still noticed them, but she wasn't running in circles or whining. Definitely using these every year now.

I originally called because I couldn't figure out how to order the merchandise in my cart. I got a reply. I took another look, and I could barely see the top of a red box at the bottom (I couldn't scroll down any further). I was able to click on the little bit sticking up, and my order went through. I paid for it on Paypal, and then the screen went back to TherapetMD. The screen then went to another screen where I could add an order for a 4x set with 8 refills for $53. I decided to add this order. I THEN GOT A NOTICE THAT I WAS TOO LATE SINCE I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY ORDER! WHAT???? I tried again, but it would not go through. You need help on your website. This continues to be frustrating.
