Product works very well for our little man, when we have it on he is MUCH less likely to harass our 2 girls. Without the diffusers he gets grumpy and and plays very rough.

When I first received the product, I thought it was defective due to not being able to see any light. Upon writing an email to the customer service department, they advised me on what could be the problem. After doing what they said, I found the unit to be working perfectly. The amazing part was that their response time in answering me was unbelievable. Usually when you have a problem with an appliance and you write to customer service, it may take days to get a response, if one at all. Kudos to TherapetMD.

I was skeptical about how this would work, but was willing to try. My 1 year old Cockapoo can get overly excited and nervous. I plugged it in where she lays often during the day. After using this I noticed a change in her overall behavior. My son agreed! She was much calmer. I ran out for about one month and some of the same behaviors returned. Needless to say I quickly reordered and will not run out again! This definitely worth a try.
