I have fallen in love with this product and company. They have the best customer service I have seen in a very long time with any business! After checking in with shipping, customer service did everything to make things go smoothly! I appreciate all the hard work and loyalty to its customers! The product itself is very simple and easy to use. I did see before I bought the people commented about the light. You do see it very dimly if you use your hands to cover it. I truly believe they did this so that I would not disturb you at night if it’s in the same room that you sleep. There is no smell and is extremely discreet as far as our noses go. The cat seem to be very happy and have not had any toileting accidents. Do give these kinds of products a month to two months before making your final judgment. It takes time for the cats to adjust and also to start to fill your space or your home. I highly recommend this product because it works and it’s been very helpful with toileting issues and also creating a more relaxed environment for my kitty with anxiety.

My calico sleeps by the diffuser! I think it calms the sassy in her! Customer service is also point on! The one wick was broken when it was received. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement without hassle! Also it was a real person I was chatting with via email.

I followed instructions. Waited 30 days. The results were very disappointing. My little dog 12 yrs old, continued to urinate. Contacted the company for further info, but haven’t heard back yet.
