The site is informative and easy to navigate. I have been using this product for 6 months and have noticed a positive change in my cat. He is much more interested in everything in our home and interacts with us much more frequently. He is less jumpy, and very relaxed.

My cat is calmer when I am away from home. Love that there is no smell as well.

I feel like this product is magic. We've been struggling with our puppy. He goes outside but he also goes inside. We plugged it in, And I didn't see it light up so I reached out to support who quickly responded with ways to troubleshoot. Got the plug-in working and I'm not even joking. It seemed like instantly the dog was sniffing it and then just didn't go pee in the house and he hasn't gone to you in the house for now 48 hours which has never happened. I feel like this is magic. It's exactly what my dog needed.

Good customer care and response. Thank you for caring! Got a quick response to my question. Rare these days. The light is dim, but voila! I saw it when I turned the lights off. Thanks to customer care help!

Was very skeptical on the product. Had some issues with the diffuser at the beginning but got it to work and was able to adapt to other type of diffusers so I can place in multiple locations. So far this has worked wonderfully. Our dog would mark certain areas if we weren’t at home….like he was mad at us but within 3 days of running the product, he has stopped marking. We’re still tracking but so far so good!!

Works so well for my dogs I’ve been able to leave them out of their kennel when I go to work, which I’ve never been able to do before without my furniture being chewed up or them having an accident!!

New rescue was shut down completely. Wouldn't eat, drink, move. Just trembled in corner. Shelter warned me she might take months to adjust. Plugged in TheraPet day 1. By day 3 she was eating. Day 7 exploring. Day 14 playing with toys. Day 30 ruling the house. Shelter couldn't believe the transformation when I sent update pics.
