I realized that this really helped with doggy accidents in my home. I have 3 Shih tzu and sometimes accidents happen. I haven’t had any until I realized that the diffuser was empty. Changed the diffuser and no more accidents.

This product saved my wood floors. I’ve never had a dog that was so difficult to house train. This worked after being installed for two weeks. I did not refill after she was successfully using dog door. Now we have been 25 days without diffuser and she is back tracking. Ordering more on subscription. I will never be without.

I purchased the diffuser to help my dog relax. It’s too soon, days, to be sure of any real behavioral assist, but I was thrilled with Customer Service. I had two questions that were answered immediately with multiple follow ups to be sure I was satisfied. The diffuser itself is well-made and very cute.
