These cat diffusers are awesome. Once they been plugged in, my cats do calm down and fight with each other less. They sure make a difference in the household. Definitely recommend 👍

I ordered Therapet cat diffuser for our cat, she was urinating outside of the litter box after her surgery to have her eye removed. Fortunately for me it was just a temporary issue during her healing process, so I didn't need the diffuser. I emailed TheraPet and they were amazing, understood my situation and were kind and supportive. They accepted my return without hesitation. Even though I didn't use their product, I would definitely recommend TheraPet, they stood behind their word regarding product return. Thank you TheraPet!

My dog was the hardest puppy to train so I tried TheraPetMD that a friend recommended n this miracle now is having my pet dog going outside. I have bells on the door knob n she goes to the bells shakes them to go outside!!!! It’s been a lifesaver! No more smells! Thank you

The products really work in calming my rescue dog. Noticed it within the first 3 days. Got better each day into a week. Poor thing felt so unsafe, constant pawing at us, licking us, jumping on us, and now she snuggles into her blanket and lays across our laps. No corrections to behavior because she is now calm and feels safe! A Godsend!

Very frustrating company to deal with. I ordered 2 boxes of the 60 day supply. Neither diffuser lit up as described in the instructions. I did try multiple sockets to confirm. The instructions clearly state contact support if diffuser does not light up. I sent email to their support department to notify of the problem and requested their return shipping address for refund. They said they would give me 40% off to keep my order but never addressed the issue of the faulty diffusers. One would think they would offer to send new diffusers, but that was not the case. I asked again for the shipping address and finally received the information after several emails. I repackaged the boxes in the original envelop and will have them sent out tomorrow. I do not recommend working with this company. They show little initiative to resolve customer issues due to their faulty product.
