I found the customer service team very helpful and they helped me and get what I needed for Jazzy my 14 year old miniature dachshund. They replied to my message quickly, I didn’t have to wait days. I have found that the diffuser is working, Jazzy isn’t as anxious, I very happy with the diffusers

Even though the pet diffusers did not work out for my dogs, TherapetMD was very respectful and helpful when I needed to cancel my account with great follow up to make sure my needs were met.

But we totally understand that these behaviors can also be caused by things like medical issues, training habits, or even boredom. It simply works!! My two indoor Cats are like chalk & cheese..my boy is super chilled and my girl is a nervous wreck. She started peeing outside the litter boxes around 3 years ago and is driving us mad! This plug in and room spray are the only thing thats helped. She stopped completely for around 3 weeks..but has now started àgain although maybe one a week rather than every day. They seem to be a lot more loving with each other too, ànd both cats are getting on my lap more.. just subscribed now i know it works!

I tried Therapet not believing they could work. I have a 10 year old cat and a 2 year old and the older cat was terrorising the younger one. Since using this plug in he has stopped his bad behaviour. I hadn't realised that the plug in had ran out until his bad behaviour was back. I have now re purchased and can highly recommend this product.
