I signed up for a 30 day trial of this app as it was recommended by the APTA. I browsed and attempted to use the exercise library they have. It is not what I wanted for my patients. I was caught unprepared to find out that a day prior to the end of trial period. I was billed the full year membership. Worst they dont respond to your email that you are canceling your membership. Therapists be warned. It i were to compare it to what medbridge has this program is a 1/100. I am not kidding.

Vast exercise librbary (though repetitive and somewhat difficult to navigate) is completely crippled by the absolutely horrible user interface. Slow to load when scrolling through videos, web interface freezes far too often forcing you to refresh and then you lose all the videos you had selected to create a program. I would avoid paying for this until they fix it. Tried on both Chrome and Safari browsers and had the same terrible experience. Absolutely terrible user experience and I wouldn't recommend it for now.

Dorian was a thorough, detail orientated & knowledge PT who knew exactly how to craft a recovery program that took into account my sport & prior injuries. With the guidance I’m back to full sport within 6 weeks and am feeling great.

I was encouraged via the app to pay for an annual membership and that my monthly membership would cease. Unfortunately due to being a new parent I hadn’t checked that my monthly membership had stopped being for deducted for at least 6 months. On bringing this double charging to the attention of Pre-Hab they took no responsibility and indicated that it’s Apple fault!!!

As a therapist the rehab exercise library is unmatched anywhere. Not just the number of exercises but the clear explanations, ensuring correct execution for clients. I look forward to future developments.

Exercises and movements are explained clearly with helpful tips so that clients know exactly how to perform a movement by reading the clear directions or watching the properly performed movement on video.

I seem to always be injuring myself and I find the idea of prehap attractive as i would rather not injure myself to begin with. I find the exercises and slow progressions better than my local physios and their knowledge is up to date with the latest studies. I bought the app because it motives me to do injury prevention and it works because i'm actually doing them.
