I made a mistake in my order and ordered duplicates of everything - when I called, the company was very responsive and corrected the issue promptly. When I received my cushions, they were well made and the color matched the online sample.

The swing cover arrived almost a week later than promised on the website. When I called to enquire about it the customer service person was condescending and completely unapologetic. It’s a very overpriced item, average quality and almost $500 for a furniture cover - the least they can do is offer great service.

I tried to return some parts. The rep originally told me the return would be discounted with a stocking fee, and then got back to me saying the parts were non refundable.

Hello, We are so sorry for any confusion there may have been during your return process. Though your custom, cut-per-order ropes were non-returnable, we were glad to have been able to assist with the shipping label, return, and refund of your hanging hardware. If there is anything we can do to turn this around, you can reach us at [email protected], or by phone at 1-800-279-3845 (9 a.m.- 5 p.m est, Monday through Friday). Happy to handle any concerns personally! Thanks
