Hey Veronica! This was so much more than just losing weight, right?! You are THRIVING now and have muscles to prove it!!! You are flexing on all those meat eaters. We have crushed so many limiting beliefs, gained self-esteem, took more time to rest, and prepared a good metabolic foundation- you eat so much food now!. Renee, it was such a pleasure to work with you! I will forever cherish the many conversations we had about self-love, the healthcare system (and how they give too many donuts to the nurses, lol), and how to stay consistent focusing on NSVs (non-scale victories). You have one of the most hectic jobs I have ever seen, yet, you still prioritized yourself. The NSVs you achieved in our time together were some of the most exciting wins I have seen as a coach- especially knowing that you even came back for round 2 with Coach Tania and told me that you prioritized your sleep and de-loaded some projects at work. AMANDA!!! I am SO BEYOND PROUD of the mindset shifts you made!! I remember the very first conversation when you told me you were afraid of peanut butter. Now look at all your hormones balancing out and you actually have a baby now!!! Ah. Communication is key to success in this process and you never hesitated to tell me exactly how you felt, reached out when things went off plan, and allowed yourself to be vulnerable to coaching and let me guide you to your goals. Shannon, Thank you for the review, as well as for your outstanding performance in PLCU!!! As a busy nurse, you could have had all the excuses but you just showed up every single day and did the work. We will never forget the first time you brought the blender and cooler to the hospital-LOL!
