Have tried products from several companies for dog food, and and other items. If it didn’t work out I’d try something different to satisfy and be healthy for my dogs; however, I didn’t speak negative about the company/products. I am disgusted with the ad that The Pets Table is presenting as they show you the package(s) of the other companies’s products as they toss them into a trash can. That is very unprofessional and childish. No company has perfect products but to insinuate that the products you are using are not good for your pet is a slap on your face and questioning your ability to choose what you desire to feed your dog. Think about their attitude towards your choices the next time you shop for your pet. (And The Pets Table—take the negative attitude out of your commercials. Change it to a positive one and maybe you’ll have more success.)

I have always tried to feed my dogs the better brands of kibble, and they have always seemed healthy and happy. Then I heard about air-dried kibble with natural meats and veggies, so I thought I would try that as my Maggie (age 5) was gaining weight and wasn't as energetic as she was when I adopted her (1year old). She tried the chicken & sweet potato recipe first with no fresh toppings. The moment I opened the bag, she got excited and started jumping up and down trying to get the bag from me! As I poured some into her food dish, she almost knocked me down getting to it so she could devour it!! Maggie loves it, and her energy level is off the charts! All day zoomies!! I will never go back to the mainstream high heat dried kibble ever again! The food, service, and delivery cycle options are the best!!

This is the worst! The amount of grease/oil in the fresh food is horrible. I wish I could upload pictures. I poured all the packs into a pot of water and skimmed off the thick yellow grease. This would no doubt clog my dogs arteries in no time. I’m so disgusted. After boiling the food and rinsing all the thick grease off, the actual amount of food in the bags was much less. The rest is grease.

My dog transitioned smoothly from her previous food to the air dried food. She licks the bowl clean and is doing great!

Picky eater and she almost always gobbles it up. Order comes on time and is packed very well.

I don't prefer the packaging for the fresh frozen food. It's difficult to portion out when your trying to portion 1/8 of a container. The food is fresh it appears but is less appetizing to my boys than other brands. I do like the air dried foods. It seams that it's not specific for each pup, just different portion sizes. I feed a large 90 pound lab and a 10 pound weenie dog. Delivery service is good and arrives well packaged.

Our first trial offer was fine! In fact, our very fickle dog loved it so I called to increase the quantity and move up my delivery date. First I was told by customer service (very broken English and reading from a script) that I could do both! When I called back because my order had not arrived, after I received a confirmation and date it was being prepared, I was told that in order to increase my order I have to complete another profile on my dog…and that there was no record of my order. So, once again I moved my date up as much as allowed by The Pet’s Table and the same thing happened. Confirmation email and no order and same rigamarole from “customer service “. In the meantime I am buying air dried food at Pet Smart. SO ANNOYING!!! Just canceled!

I started my subscription with The Pets Table a few months ago due to a promotion they were running for a free FI GPS Dog collar. I have since received many shipments, but no FI GPS Dog collar. When trying to work out this discrepancy with the websites chat option, I was met with disregard and glitches in their messaging system. After first being ignored by the representative and continously receiving automatic responses that did not pertain to the subject I was contacting them about, I canceled my subscription out of frustration for any effort of resolution. Then after threatening to leave a review about their horrible customer service and not honoring their promotions, a representative finally messaged me back in response to my initial inquirie. The representative stated that now due to the fact that my account was canceled that they could not look into the promotional offer and why I did not receive it. This is absolutely infuriating! This company is full of empty promises and the quality of the dog food does not make up for their lack of honesty or horrible customer service. My dog doesn't even finish his meals of The Pets Table fresh food. I don't believe their products are as good as they claim. I am going back to Farmers Dog food, where their promises are always honored and the company is honest and has great customer service. Plus, my dog LOVES FARMERS DOG FOOD! He actually eats every last bit, even licks his bowl clean! Do not waste your time or money on The Pets Table. You will be very disappointed if you do.
