The Pets TableReviews of thepetstable.com

Luna loves this food. We do the mixed box and air-dried food. She has sensitivities to chicken and seasonal. This food has helped her bathroom habits and she can’t wait for the bowel to be placed down.

The transition to this food was seamless. No tummy issues for our sensitive girl. She loves the food and it’s very straight forward for the pet owner. No guess work. Highly recommend if you want to provide your pet with a better meal option.

Our dog is a picky eater. We bought it twice for her and tried to encourage her to eat her other kibbles. After several weeks of her waiting until the last minute before lights out. I decided to order once again. She didn't wait gobbled it right up. Needless to say she loves it.

My pug absolutely loves The Pets Table food, and I’m happy with the quality of the meals. However, I was disappointed with the shipping cost. They charge $10.99 for shipping, while I can order the exact same food through Amazon with free shipping. I also reached out to customer service about my concerns and unfortunately didn’t feel like I received much help. I really like the food itself, but the shipping cost and customer service experience make it harder for me to order directly from The Pets Table. I’ll likely continue purchasing through Amazon instead.

My dog has always had farmers dog but got an offer for PetsTable so I decided to try it. Big mistake. My dog a week or so after started having soft bowel movements and eventually went to diarrhea that was uncontrollable. She was leaking throughout the house and would refuse to walk and would scoot often. I had to take her to the vet which confirmed my suspicion of it being food related. Vet bill was over $250 and it took my dog over a week to fully recover. To make it worse they do not notify you of renewals like FarmersDog does and sent a new box and charged me for it. I contacted the company within an hour of being charged and they said it was too late. I reached out to support where they are only offering 1/3 of a refund. Doesn’t surprise me that they don’t tell you about the renewal since the company is shady. Avoid at all costs. Petstable customer service is awful and the different reps are so disconnected, 1 will tell you something and another will say the complete opposite. I will never even consider them again.

I use Green Chef (same company), and I'm very happy with it. Trying The Pets Table seemed like the most convenient and best choice. With the second round of food, The Pets Table shorted my order by 26 packets of food, which was more than half of my order. I just happened to notice something was off when I was putting it away. I reached out to customer service, and they could not send me the rest of my order. They only offered a credit to my account for the missing product. I had to insist on an actual refund for the missing product, and I canceled my account. I think I probably would have stuck with them if they had at least sent the rest of my order. They said they are not capable of sending me only a partial order... but I didn't receive my full order in the first place!

I ordered from The Pets Table hoping to give my dog a better quality food. Unfortunately, after eating it my dog threw up and was sick. What was more disappointing was the customer service. I emailed their support team on August 30th to ask about the ingredients and what could have caused this, and to see if they had a recall for the particular batch that I received. As of today I have received no reply. about what happened and never got a response. No answer at all. When you're dealing with a pet's health, you expect a company to at least respond and show some concern. I can't recommend them based on this experience and I will not be ordering again. Today is 9/9/2026 and still nobody contacted us even though I informed them that my dog was at the veterinary. Terrible customers service. 09/16/2026 My experience with The Pet Table has been terrible. Instead of taking accountability for what their food caused to my dog, they have ignored the real cost — nearly $1,800 in vet bills and three days of work I lost to take care of my sick dog. I provided pictures of all the food I received and all the information they asked for. They did not even provide a prepaid label to return the food. Instead, they want me to keep wasting time filling out a questionnaire. Thanks but no thanks. I am not wasting any more time with this irresponsible pet food manufacturer. Pet owners beware.

My two dogs love it , ate it all and even my sister end up stealing for her dog now I have to order for all 3 dogs !
