Hi PD, We're sorry to hear that you've been unaware of your subscription. While we do offer subscription packages, these offers are clearly marked as subscriptions. If you place an individual order on our website and select one-time purchase, you will not be enrolled in a subscription, and there are no recurring monthly charges. Subscriptions are also very flexible and can be cancelled at any time. We'd be happy to further assist you with this however we are unable to locate an account.
