My Maltese kept a sort of yeast infection on his skin and was constantly scratching and biting on his whole body. I tried shampoos, changing his diet, ACV, and nothing helped. Within two weeks of starting him on the probiotic chews, he scratched and bit significantly less, and his hot spots went away. We’re a little over a month in to using the probiotic and I’ve seen an enormous change in his skin. Love this stuff.

I was skeptical about the product at first. However it was very evident after a short time that there was a change in the energy as well as the health of my dog. I highly recommend this product for your dog or cat for a healthier life.

Well, I honestly thought this was just another scam, but my dog has been going number 2 better and doesn't lick his paws as much anymore.. I think I really do recommend this..

If I could give a lower score I would. My pet didn't like the product and it didn't seem to make a difference. I was also signed up for a subscription, I didn't think I signed up for. Then, when I try to return my product, all they will give me is coupons for a new product. No one will respond to my customer support request for a return label. They make returns a pain. Its been nearly 2 weeks now and no response to 4 different emails other than coupons.
Response from PetLabCo.Sep 21, 2021
Hi Chuck, We do offer subscription and one-off purchase options on our website. If you check our product page you will see that we have these options. We make this as clear as possible on the order page, the checkout page, and thank-you email all include if you have chosen the subscription option. We do not put people on a subscription if they have chosen the one-time purchase option. Customers can also edit or cancel their subscription at https://account.petlab.com/login. We're sorry to hear your pup did not take a liking to our chews. We understand sometimes returns are necessary. We are more than happy to further assist. Please provide your order ID and we will reach out to you and have this resolved. PetLab Co.
