my delivery showed up with my dental rinse bottles opened, lid off, and bottles completly empty. Not happy. emailed customer service and let them know what happened. within 2 hours Lorenz replied and had a replacement shipment ready to go. i needed to send some the pics from my package, which was simple, and replacements are on the way. now I'm Happy!!!!!!

I want to give a minus 5. I cancelled my subscription on 4 September, that I was unaware that I had signed up for. I have numerous acknowledgment emails offering me other plans. I told them my dog Riley had died, he was 12. On the 29 September, I received an email saying my order was in its way! They fraudulently took over £31 out of my account that day. After numerous emails, because there are no phone numbers, telling them I had proof this ‘subscription’ was cancelled, I received another email telling me my order was on its way. I have contacted my Bank who can do nothing but advised me to report them to the Ombudsman. Their system is difficult, they say you can cancel at anytime, wrong, lies. It is proving impossible to cancel. They were informed again to a Sarah on 10 September my dog had died! Why would I need this order? Stay away from this company. I have recently had an email from Trustpilot to say they are investigating my review as requested by Petlab.co. I still am waiting for my refund as promised and I have tried to forward 5 acknowledgment emails from Petlab to Trustpilot. I am 70, technology is swiftly overtaking me so I’m not sure how to forward these. Once I see my money back in my Bank Acct, I will be satisfied.

Good customer support, deliveries take a little long, great product demand.

Usual rubbish! Did absolutely NOTHING for our Labs. allergies. Now I"ve got A wonderful "offer" for 30% OFF, if I'm stupid enough to re-order! NO thanks! NOW 3 days after leaving this comment pet-lab. is kissing up with e-mails & calls, but zero sign or offer of ANY refund for this $90.00 rubbish! Now Petlab is attempting to get my remarks removed by saying I was not a verified customer, when they allready have my order number/address/phone & proof of payment! What a bunch of "pro's"! Thank you Trust PIlot for sharing. Please also note NONE of the other comments are "Verified". I would also guess that Petlab is nothing more than a 3rd. rate bunch of Veterinarians getting rich even more quickly than they usually do if you read between the lines.

My regular monthly shipment was not recieved. I contacted customer service and another was sent and received w/i a couple days time. And my regular shipment came on its heels so I now have a lil chance of running out b4 the next shipment. Real customer service does exist.

Pro biotic didnt work and they messed up my order. They were nice about it but why upsell at checkout if you are not gonna get the order right
