Excellent Company
PetLab is a amazing company that employs excellent customer service representatives. Every question that I have about their great probiotic product was answered within an hour and always with professionalism.

I ordered the Probiotics
I ordered the Probiotics. My little Dachshund, Isabella (11 yrs. old) had such issues with her poor tummy. We had to place her on prescription dog food. I spotted the ad about the probiotics and decided to give it a try. Within 1 week , Isabella showed great improvement. Her tummy troubles have decreased by 89%. I'm so very pleased. I think the probiotics along with the prescription diet made her and myself feel so much better. Thank you.

I have a very picky eater Maltese so…
I have a very picky eater Maltese so far he seem to enjoy the probiotic chew & joint care. He’s joint has improved since taking the joint care chews also the probiotic chew is helping with his digestion. I’ll be your customer as long as I have my baby! Thank you!!!

Amazing product!
Amazing product! The joint formula is great, my 13 year old English bulldog was having so much trouble walking. In just a few days of taking it, she was walking. Also customer service is spectacular, amazing attention!

Doggie Approved
I looked into Petlab because sometimes here would be some potty #2 issues. I truly believe after a month of trying the probiotics that his tummy has felt better!

For taste I give this 5 stars
For taste, I give this 5 stars. My huge dog considers these treats as they are tasty to her. My hope is to find a resolution to my dog's skin/allergy issues that have gone unresolved through regular veterinarian care. I am really hoping to find a solution with the prebiotic product. I have worked with customer service before and have found them to be very understanding and helpful.

My dogs are feeling so much better
My dogs are feeling so much better. They aren’t itching and they stopped their consistent licking ever since they started using the products.

Your Customer Service is the BEST EVER
Your Customer Service is the BEST EVER! It is so hard to find people (companies) who respond so quickly to help with any concern. Or, even provide a way to contact them. I recently ordered the Probiotic Chews for my two dogs. Already notice their coats are softer and silkier. I am a bit confused, tho, about the licking. Do I need to order other products to help with that? I was under the impression that all I really needed was the probiotic chews. Have always given them probiotics in powder form, but these are much easier to deal with and have some ingredients the powder didn't have.
