I needed to make an adjustment to my order, since the order shipped I could not, however when I explained my situation to the representative, he gave me options which I appreciated since the adjustment I needed was of my own making, he worked with me and the end result was awesome customer service, Thanks again!

Bought this when it was buy one get one free. Wasn't convinced it was going to work. However Star always had bad breath and we noticed the difference after a couple of days. Her teeth where whiter and the smell had gone. Also as her and the cat share a water bowl it was a double bonus.

I ordered the itch relief mouse. It arrived empty in a damaged box wet from the product spilling during transit. I reached out to customer service, whom you can only reach via email. There is no phone number to talk to a real person. Customer service was ok, at first, there was no follow up just an email asking if they had resolved my issue. I responded again and said that I had not yet connected with someone, which did open up an email conversation. When I told them of how my package arrived they asked for pictures which I had and provided. They said that the pictures were to show the manufacture and report the incident. After the pictures were received they sent another package of the itch relief mouse. Which arrived exactly the same as the first package. This made me think that either they did not report the incident and/or the manufacture doesn't care about the care of the products they are shipping. I reached out again... and explained my second shipment arrived damaged, spilled, and was not in a condition that I could use the product. A third shipment was sent and arrived exactly the same as shipments 1 and 2. At this point, I am extremely frustrated and have lost trust in PetLab to provide the product. I sent a third request via email and I hope they refund my payment as well as get the itch relief mouse to me in a manner that is useable. The mouse needs to be sealed and the cover/pump needs to come detached.

I experienced a problem with new packaging on a product for my pet and reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours and resolved the problem in a professional and courteous manner. It was a pleasure to deal with various representatives. I highly recommend this company for all your pet needs.

SAVE YOUR MONEY I’ve been using it since we received it and this has not changed her breath at all we took her to a dentist and had her teeth cleaned and was told that they were not surprised it didn’t help with the breath

I had several concerns about the new packaging for the dental formula and they are looking into it. I am thankful for the quick response to my email. It's refreshing to do business with a company that cares and responds to the consumer.
