Great customer service! I had a problem with the post office losing/misplacing an order. I contacted petco Customer service and was very pleased with their response. They immediately sent out a replacement order and when the original order finally arrived, and I offered to pay for the additional one, they said that it was not necessary. Have certainly earned my continuing business!
