I ordered the skin one for my dog who has had skin issues all her life. Unfortunately, she is very fussy and will not eat them. I notified customer service and asked to return them and without hesitation, they gave me a full refund within hours and told me to donate the chews to a rescue. I will donate them to the MSPCA in our town. Absolutely the best customer service ever.

PetLab have consistently failed on my issue! I am a long term customer and reported my concern to Customer Service after I received 2 shipments of joint chews that arrived stuck together rendering them unseparable as any attempt to separate resulted iin crumbling. It appeared to be a heat or storage issue. My experience and exchange with Customer Service was time consuming, (I submitted photographic evidence along with batch numbers) frustrating as I appeared to be talking with a robot service at first, unsatisfactory as i I felt I was not valued as a long time customer as when I was finally linked to a real person they did NOT offer to make it right! This was unacceptable and consequently I cancelled my shipments in favor of a similar product elsewhere. Approx 2 weeks later Petlab sent email offering to replace the tainted items when I allowed the process to happen. When they arrived to my postbox (where mail is picked up daily) BOTH CONTAINERS WERE IN THE SAME STUCK TOGETHER LUMPED CONDITION!!! At this point I could see no point in contacting Petlab any further. I'd say Pet Lab has become too big and too automated too quickly and need to retrain their Customer Service Staff and evaluate their Robotic System. They need to investigate their storage and shipment practices in order to avoid repeatedly sending spoiled products to Customers. This is the last review and time that I will give for Petlab. I'm done!

I tried to change the delivery date and then had another bottle sent out to me which I cannot afford at the present. I need to leave further deliveries. Thank you.

Great products we use the joint Chews and the prebiotic Chews our dogs are doing great and they love them.

Ive had my dog, taylor, on the joint supplements for a few years now.. she is 12 and has no joint issues at all...gave a jar to a friend whose dog could hardly get up... it really heplp him get up and move around normally...his last 2 years of life i think were his best ...he was 16.

One of my two rescued Westies had bad allergies and constantly scratching. I had no idea how to help my boy until I saw the ad in Instagram... OMG! Once I started both of them on the prebiotic chews... the problem disappeared! I'm a believer and will continue giving them to my babies! Thank you for making such a great product!!
