Holy cow! My 7 year old hound-lab mix is literally a new creature in just a few weeks. He was always licking his paws and a bit lethargic. Now, he is running around like a puppy, getting zoomies, and his paws are no longer irritated from the licking. This stuff is legitimate! It is the real deal, and I'm so grateful.

A few months ago, I purchased these chews for my 13 year old Pekingese. A friend of mine told me that she has her senior dogs on probiotic chews and it seemed to help overall with their digestion. I didn't catch the name of the brand but I did my research and found PetLab. I purchased a tub for Mimi to try. She was okay at first but then she started itching her face so I immediately stopped giving them to her. I didn't ask for a refund or anything because I know my dog. She's just super sensitive. I didn't realize that when I ordered the product that I had signed up for a subscription. 3 months later, the product shipped to me. I emailed customer service and they asked me a few questions as to why I didn't want the product. I was just hoping to cancel the subscription but they refunded the product and told me that I can donate the chews. This is better customer service than I could have imagined. Although the chews didn't work out, there are other products on here that I will be buying for sure. I support companies with this level of service and care for pet parents.

Received my first order immediately, 2nd auto order hadn't been received after 10 days of shipping. I was unable to track it so the CS dept. tracked it back to a partner that was unable to follow through with delivery. They immediately sent my order out again express and I had it in 2 days. Very in tune to costomer service.
