They were very understanding sales people. They checked and made sure they knew what I was asking for. My dog loves the wild caught salmon bites, and after finishing the other bag, I threw it away without reordering first. They fixed it for me....great group!

Didn't receive my order, but they did replace it. Once I got them one of my dogs didn't care for them, the other one it made her really sick. Just feel like it was a waste of money.

It gave my dog the squits inside the house and made him vomit on the carpet.

I purchased the dog dental formula and after 4 weeks there is no difference to his teeth! the bottle is nearly empty and it said 12 weeks worth on the bottle? At £22 per bottle very disappointed.
Response from PetLabCo.Apr 12, 2023
Hello Miss Carolyn Tinsley, We are sorry to hear that you didn't see the desired results in your pet. The total doses in a bottle is related to a single tsp to an 8oz bowl of water a day. Our customers tell us they see results after 2-3 weeks of continuous daily use. We'd be happy to speak with you further. Could you provide us with an order ID? We'll have a representative reach out to you soon. PetLab Co
