My bichon as he's got older has lost his 2 front small teeth and his breath was so bad that you could smell it as soon as you walked in the room! My vet suggested getting a dog toothbrush brush and dog toothpaste, which I did but not only was it awkward but it did nothing!! So after seeing the ads and reviews on Facebook I decided to buy some a couple of weeks ago, and all I can say is wow!! His teeth are starting to look cleaner than they were and his breath is not half as bad as it used to be, so needless to say I will be continuing to use this product in the future. Also my cat drinks from the same water dishes and I've even noticed I can no longer smell his breath when he's washing next to me like I used to.

Deliver was dispatched and received really quickly. I ordered probiotic chews and joint care chews for my mom’s two senior dogs (black lab and golden retriever). The black lab is the problematic one with itchy ears and he constantly chews at his paws. Saw the ad for the probiotic chews and I thought I would give it a try. I understand that results may not be visible until after 2-3 months of continuous consumption. However, we’ve been feeding both dogs now the two different products accordingly to the instructions on the label and it seems that the symptoms that we’re trying to remove is intensified. The poor lab is shaking his ears so much and showing such discomfort that he spends most of his time downstairs lying on the cold ceramic floor. He won’t even come up stairs anymore. As for the golden retriever, he has unusual dark discharge coming out of his ears. At this point, we’re not sure whether or not we should continue to feed these products to the dogs. We do not expect to see results immediately, but we definitely did not expect the symptoms to get worse. =(

The products have helped my dog so much, his skin is better and he scratches less. The customer service when I called in to ask questions was awesome, they answered my questions and even called me back to make sure I understood the directions.

I am very disappointed with the entire process. I placed an order for the joint support formula along with the dental formula. I purchased the monthly subscription. Got my confirmation for order #5485354 on June 12. I immediately realized that the address on the order was incorrect. I wrote to make the correction and was advised that the order had already shipped but that a new order would go out to replace it. I got the joint support, but I never received the dental formula. My credit card was charged again a couple of weeks ago and I still have not received the product. Was the address corrected on the order? Then I'm trying to call for customer service to find that the number I am getting from the website can't be reached.
