Great customer service! When the post office messed up delivery, Petlab folks were responsive and helpful getting the order expedited! So nice! Products have really helped my boy with skin and allergy issues!

I had been using the powder to help with my dogs teeth, for well over 6 months and no result. In fact at the last check up with the vet, his teeth and gums are in a bad state. Poor pup has to have teeth removed and everything. Even used the dental chews hoping that both together would help but seems to have done nothing or actually caused this issue. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

The joint chews we were sent smelled awful. Had to break it up and mix in his food. When we tried to get him to eat it he would spit it out on the floor. After 30+ days still no difference in our Pug. This is the second dog that we have tried it on in the last 3 years. Looks like the dogs in the adds are coming out of anesthesia. Definitely dose not work.

I have been giving my dog ProBright for the tarter build up on her teeth for over 3 months. There was no noticeable difference. Not only am I out $110.00 for the 3 months of product, I now have to spend even more money to get my dog's teeth professionally cleaned by a veterinarian. I do not recommend this product to clean the teeth.
